The Zarati Shop Weber City

This place is absolutely 😍 it has helped so many people in a community I am so glad they are there I have really bad anxiety and depression and their products have helped me so much that I do not have to be on medicine that can potentially hurt me in the long run! Everyone there is super friendly! They are very helpful! I honestly do not know what I would do without y'all thank you so much you have made life so much easier for me and others as well because when we come to your shop we know what we're getting and it's nothing toxic like on the street!!!!!

THEYRE BACK OPEN! Ive been to the other shops in the area, and zarati is easily our favorite. With a super friendly staff, great environment and the opportunity for even more value on the community appreciation days! Id have already shouted it from the rooftops if I hadnt considered keeping this hidden gem all to myself. Thanks Z team!

Fantastic products. Fantastic people. Awesome vibe. Fair prices BOGO days for certain items on Tuesday and Friday. They also have other incentives for customers: including a little gift if you wear their shirts in when you shop- and a punch card that rewards you on your tenth visit. It's a fairly busy place so I recommend going earlier in the day to avoid huge lines. Also, if it seems overwhelming or you don't understand what you're purchasing (what you want), just ask. They are very knowledgeable and they will help you find what it is you're looking for.

They say they have competitive prices but that’s not the case. Disposables are outrageous and hardly work. You can go to Bristol and get 2 for the same price as one from here. I went in twice in the same week and the “premium flower” they had the first trip was labeled under standard the second trip. So which was it, premium or standard? Seems like they’re just money hungry.

I used to really like coming here. I was accommodated and treated the nicest and with the most respect by Kirsti, Mitchell, and Blaine. Love all three. Chance and Logan are the reason I no longer come here. No employee anywhere should ever accuse the customer of shorting them money, especially with a line of people behind me- and no manager anywhere that should be over that situation should act like I’m the problem the next day I call to address it. This happened July 5th this year( I’m pretty sure I have the date right, if not I’m only off by a day or two because that’s when I stopped coming..) 2023 on Thursday around 8:30 at night.. It was wrong, and when I called the next day about it I spoke with the manager Logan and he was so hateful to me when I was being completely reasonable.. I was treated like the problem anyway. I was an extra particular customer and he didn’t want to tolerate it anymore I guess . It’s all good now- This isn’t a bad shop and I loved coming when I did, I came at least five times a week because it was so good, but no matter how great something is if it comes with disrespect then I don’t want anything to do with it… On September 27th this year at the Verizon in Johnson City I just so happened to be sitting beside the owner while he was talking on the phone when the stuff on the news went down… I guess I could have said something to him then, but he had enough on him that day… and he was very professional sounding, and he works well under pressure… I will say that… but I would just like to say I wish the owner would have called me and talked to me about it when this happened when I texted his number…So, all I can conclude is that I was deemed the problem to begin with because I’m just a picky customer… Anyway, I wish this shop well and I wish all three of those awesome employees I named that never treated me bad well, because they never ever treated me bad, not once when I wanted something specific… I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year…

Sketchiest place I've ever been to. There's no menu or pictures of anything, it's all hidden in the back room where you can't see so you just blindly give your money and hope you get something good. try to ask a few questions about what they actually had and was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Best I could tell a whole one is $500. That's almost three times what my normal is. My normal comes right from California so it's got to be the same thing. I did get a 2G vape which I'm pretty sure is only 1g. I'm not even 100% sure it's even real. Feels like somebody sitting on my chest for 30 minutes after I vape it and that's about all I feel. So I'm going to just keep using my shatter batter making my own Vapes and getting the flower from my normal source. I was really excited to go to this place and was hoping I could give it a glowing review but not so much. They have a long way to come before I'll consider going back.

Excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable staff. I started going around the end of July, and have been back several times since (especially on Tuesday and Friday which are BOGO days) I've only ever come across one strain I wasn't too excited about, but it was still decent. I've sent several of my friends, and all of us enjoy Zarrati's products immensely. Will definitely be a returning customer.
